Week 2 — All in Love

Seeking Unity in the Spirit – 1 Corinthians 12:12-14
Focus: Praying for unity, guidance, and spiritual growth.
Verse: “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 12:12
Practice:
Pray for spiritual unity within the body of Christ.
Ask for wisdom to use your spiritual gifts effectively.
Pray for personal growth in humility and service.

Understanding Spiritual Gifts – 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
Focus: Studying how God has uniquely gifted you for His kingdom.
Verse: “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.” — 1 Corinthians 12:4
Practice:
Read 1 Corinthians 12 and reflect on your spiritual gifts.
Ask: How is God calling me to use my gifts?
Seek ways to develop and apply your gifts in your daily life.
Bonus: Take this assessment to learn about your spiritual gifts.

Honoring God as the Giver of Gifts – 1 Corinthians 12:11
Focus: Worshiping God as the source of all gifts and blessings.
Verse: “All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.” — 1 Corinthians 12:11
Practice:
Worship through singing, prayer, or creative expression.
Meditate on God’s sovereignty and wisdom in giving gifts.
Surrender your talents and abilities back to God.

Giving Thanks for the Body of Christ – 1 Corinthians 12:27
Focus: Recognizing and appreciating the diversity in the body of Christ.
Verse: “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” — 1 Corinthians 12:27
Practice:
Thank God for your role in His body.
Reflect on how others have blessed you in your faith journey.
Express gratitude to someone who has encouraged you spiritually.

Encouraging One Another in Love – 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Focus: Strengthening relationships through Christlike love.
Verse: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.” — 1 Corinthians 13:4
Practice:
Reach out to a friend, family member, or fellow believer.
Offer encouragement, forgiveness, or support.
Look for ways to reflect God’s love in relationships.

Using Your Gifts to Serve – 1 Corinthians 12:25-26
Focus: Serving with love and compassion.
Verse: “If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it." — 1 Corinthians 12:26
Practice:
Find an opportunity to serve someone in need.
Ask God to show you where He wants you to serve.
Serve with a heart of humility and joy (Colossians 3:23).

Living in Love and Unity – 1 Corinthians 13:13
Focus: Strengthening faith through fellowship and worship.
Verse: “And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13
Practice:
Attend church, a small group, or fellowship gathering.
Reflect on how love shapes your faith and relationships.
Encourage and support someone in your faith community.
Week 3 — The Mission

Praying for Discipleship & Spiritual Growth – Colossians 1:9-10, 28-29
Focus: Praying for wisdom, strength, and opportunities to share Christ.
Verse: “He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.” — Colossians 1:28
Practice:
Pray for your own spiritual maturity and understanding.
Ask God to open doors for discipleship in your life.
Pray for boldness and wisdom to share your faith.

(Understanding Christ’s Mission – Matthew 28:18-20)
Focus: Studying Jesus’ command to make disciples.
Verse: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” — Matthew 28:19-20
Practice:
Read and meditate on Matthew 28:18-20 & Colossians 1:24-29.
Ask: How am I living out the Great Commission?
Identify one practical step to grow as a disciple and disciple others.

Exalting Christ as King – Matthew 28:18
Focus: Worshiping Jesus as the Lord of all nations and all authority.
Verse: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. — Matthew 28:18
Practice:
Worship through song, prayer, or reflection on Jesus’ reign.
Declare His power, sovereignty, and faithfulness.
Surrender any fears about sharing your faith or following His calling.

Thanking God for the Church’s Mission – Colossians 1:24-25
Focus: Being grateful for the privilege of sharing in Christ’s work.
Verse: “Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church.” —Colossians 1:24
Practice:
Thank God for saving you and calling you into His mission.
Reflect on how others have discipled and encouraged you.
Express gratitude for opportunities to share Jesus with others.

Building Relationships in Christ – Colossians 1:28-29
Focus: Encouraging others in faith and discipleship.
Verse: “To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.” — Colossians 1:29
Practice:
Reach out to someone who needs encouragement in their faith.
Have a spiritual conversation with a friend, coworker, or family member.
Ask: Who is God calling me to invest in relationally?

Living Out the Great Commission – Matthew 28:19-20
Focus: Actively serving and making disciples in everyday life.
Verse: :”Go and make disciples of all nations.” — Matthew 28:19
Practice:
Find an opportunity to serve in your community or church.
Look for ways to be a light through words and actions.
Ask: How can I help someone take a step closer to Jesus today?

Gathering & Growing Together – Colossians 1:25-27)
Focus: Strengthening faith through fellowship, teaching, and encouragement.
Verse: “I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness.” — Colossians 1:25
Practice:
Attend church, small group, or fellowship gathering.
Reflect on how God has worked through your week.
Discuss how to live out the Great Commission together.
Bonus: Spend time praying for unity and mission in the Church.
Week 4 — The Church I See

Praying for the Power to Witness – Acts 1:8
Focus: Asking the Holy Spirit for boldness and fruitfulness in sharing the Gospel.
Verse: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”— Acts 1:8
Practice:
Pray for Holy Spirit empowerment to live as a witness.
Ask for opportunities and boldness to share your faith.
Pray for open hearts in those who will hear the Gospel.

Understanding the Growth of God’s Word – Matthew 13:1-23
Focus: Studying how God’s Word grows in different hearts.
Verse: ”But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty, or thirty times what was sown.” — Matthew 13:23
Practice:
Read Matthew 13:1-23 and reflect on which soil represents your heart.
Ask: What distractions or struggles hinder my spiritual growth?
Identify ways to deepen your roots in Christ this week.

Trusting in Small Beginnings – Matthew 13:31-32
Focus: Worshiping God for how His Kingdom grows from small beginnings.
Verse: “Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.” — Matthew 13:32
Practice:
Worship through song, thanksgiving, or silent reflection.
Praise God for how He is growing you, even when you don’t see it yet.
Surrender small steps of faith, trusting that God will multiply them.

Thanking God for Growth – Matthew 13:23
Focus: Recognizing and thanking God for spiritual growth.
Verse: “But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it.” — Matthew 13:23
Practice:
Reflect on how God has been working in your life recently.
Thank Him for spiritual progress, no matter how small.
Acknowledge that growth takes time and that God is at work.

Encouraging Others in Faith – Acts 1:8, Matthew 13:31-32
Focus: Building faith-based relationships and helping others grow.
Verse: “You will be my witnesses...” — Acts 1:8
Practice:
Reach out to someone to encourage them in their faith journey.
Share what God has been teaching you.
Ask: Who can I walk alongside spiritually this week?

Planting Seeds & Serving Others – Matthew 13:3-9, 23
Focus: Living out the parable of the sower by planting spiritual seeds.
Verse: “A farmer went out to sow his seed.” — Matthew 13:3
Practice:
Find a way to serve someone practically and spiritually.
Look for an opportunity to share encouragement, wisdom, or the Gospel.
Reflect: Am I sowing seeds through my actions and words?

Growing Together in the Kingdom – Matthew 13:31-32
Focus: Strengthening faith through church, fellowship, and unity.
Verse: “When it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.” — Matthew 13:32
Practice:
Attend church or a small group gathering.
Share how you have seen God’s Kingdom grow in your life.
Encourage others to stay faithful in their spiritual journey.
